Earnest Rhea is an emerging writer/director. Most recently, he directed actor Jesse Spencer from Fox's Golden Globe / Emmy nominated tv show "House" along side House veteran Jennifer Morrison from 2009's Star Trek in the short film “The Script”, also written by Earnest. He has worked closely with director Paul "Coy" Allen (most notably recognized for directing four of Timbaland's hit music videos). In late 2009, Earnest was 2nd Unit Director on the recent Timbaland / Katy Perry music video "If We Ever Meet Again". He also produced the short film "The Long Night" for Allen, which was accepted into the 2009 Scream Fest (the largest horror film festival in the country) & screened at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
With roots as a graphic artist & animator, his visual style & creative eye heavily contribute to the look of his film & video projects. After graduating from high school in Inglewood California, Earnest ventured out to Tulsa Oklahoma where he attended a 2 year school of ministry, eventually becoming a youth counselor. While in Oklahoma, having no formal training Earnest learned animation studying under Lock Wolverton who currently teaches the Intensive Disney Animation Workshop in Orlando Florida. After a few years of working for Wolverton's Animation Group Earnest became Lead animator & was responsible for overseeing 4 junior animators, a weekly workload of storyboard / conceptual design meetings along with project development & marketing.
After years of freelance graphic artwork projects, Earnest's heart led him back to Los Angeles where he soon found his true passion was writing & directing.

Tall with a commanding presence. Torrance's work often reminds the audience of a young Lawrence Fishburne, infused with the comedic timing of Woody Harrelson. Born in St. Louis, Mo. His acting career began after his very first audition with the Pulitzer Prize winning play, "A Soldiers Story". Since then, he has taken on more dynamic roles in plays such as, "In Arabia We'd All Be Kings" written by Stephen Adly Guirgus winning the Garland Award and Circle Critics Award for Best Ensemble Cast. Most recently, Torrance has been credited with a role on the CW's Privileged and a recurring role on the Bold and The Beautiful. There is so much more in store for Torrance’s blazing career. HaJ is an Emmy nominated film, video and media producer whose aspirations are to create impactful niche media content for broad audiences.
In 2006, HaJ founded TICKLES.TV “Entertainment for the Urban Chameleon”, an online entertainment and production company that highlight the multifaceted perspectives of people of color. Tastemakers have quoted TICKLES.TV to be the “Modern day In Living Color.” One of the first videos, DPI: Def Poetry Investigations, a spoof on the television shows CSI and Def Poetry Jam, features MADTV guest star Daheli Hall and Tyrone M. Mitchell from the Showtime series, Weeds. DPI launched as part of the new online division for TVONE’s Black Planet. TICKLES.TV has accumulated a following of over 250,000 users and growing.
Since founded, HaJ’s TICKLES.TV has produced promotional marketing videos for the new Digital Moving Image Salon (DMIS) at Spelman College, L’Oreal Paris, Harley Davidson and Filayl Fashion Designs.
Through out her career, HaJ has worked on numerous music video and commercial productions for artists such as Sean Puffy Combs, Fabolous, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dog, Bone Thugz-N-Harmony, Sean Paul, Venus and Serena Williams, Angie Harmon, Erika Badu, Heidi Klum, Warren G and Nate Dog to name a few.
HaJ first started her career by writing, producing and performing in a series of Public Service Announcements, which aired on UPN and were nominated for an Emmy award when she was 15 years old. By the time she graduated from High School for the Performing Arts, John Leguizamo presented her with the top acting award sponsored by the League of American Theatres & Producers and received the President’s Merit Award to attend Carnegie Mellon University where she majored in Theater earning a Bachelors in Fine Arts and a minor in English.
